Üniversite Öğrencilerinde Bilişsel Duygu Düzenleme ve Baş Etme Yaklaşımlarının Psikolojik Dayanıklılığı Yordayıcılığı

Özet
Bu çalışmanın amacı, bilişsel duygu düzenleme ve baş etme yaklaşımlarının psikolojik dayanıklılığı yordama gücünü test etmektir. Araştırmada ilişkisel tarama yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın katılımcıları, 242 kadın ve 142 erkek olmak üzere toplam 384 üniversite öğrencisinden oluşmaktadır. Araştırma verilerinin toplanmasında, Psikolojik Dayanıklılık Ölçeği, Bilişsel Duygu Düzenleme Ölçeği ve Baş Etme Yolları Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada ele alınan değişkenler arası ilişki Pearson korelasyon tekniği ile test edilmiştir. Bilişsel duygu düzenleme ve baş etme yaklaşımlarının ayrı ayrı psikolojik dayanıklılığı yordama gücü çoklu regresyon analizi ile her ikisinin birlikte yordama gücü ise aşamalı regresyon analizi ile incelenmiştir. Araştırmanın sonucunda, duygu düzenlemenin alt boyutlarından pozitif yeniden gözden geçirme ve yıkımın, baş etme yaklaşımlarından ise planlı problem çözme ve sorumluluk kabul etmenin psikolojik dayanıklılığın anlamlı yordayıcıları oldukları bulunmuştur. Ayrıca hiyerarşik regresyon analizi ile başetme yaklaşımları duygu düzenlemeye eklendiğinde dayanıklılığı yordama gücünün artttığı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Araştırma sonuçları ilgili alan yazına dayanarak tartışılmıştır.
